On May 12, 2025, a scientific and practical conference was held at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University on the topic "The Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan - values symbolizing the antiquity and independence of our people", dedicated to the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.

      At the general meeting of the conference, University Professor N. Suvhanov touched upon the issue of educating a new generation of engineers who will make a great contribution to the development of the Turkmen state and the economic power of our country, and noted that during the Revival of the New Era of the Sovereign State, under the leadership of the Esteemed President, our country is achieving great success in the economic, political, social and cultural spheres and the Esteemed President has great confidence in young people in this matter. Then, the senior lecturer of the university G. Saparova made a report and noted that our Constitution and flag are symbols of happiness, and spoke about the neutrality of the country and the historical significance of the state flag. University lecturers M. Kullayeva and M. Kakaliyev also proudly noted in their speeches that our Constitution and the State Flag are inviolable shrines.

      After the general meeting, the scientific and practical conference continued its work in 8 sections. The speakers noted that the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag are values symbolizing the antiquity and independence of our people, the images of the moon, stars, flowers, wheat and a number of others on the symbols have a deep meaningful history. The conference was accompanied by questions and answers, as well as interesting discussions between the speakers and the audience.

      The participants of the scientific and practical conference expressed their wishes that the great undertakings of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar to strengthen peace throughout the world would always be successful and wished them health and a long life.
